Most contract manufacturers won't sell you a formula at any price. We will. $15,000 outright, or no upfront fee and ownership transfers once you've purchased $250,000 of that product from us. Available on formulas developed exclusively for you.

Minimums may be higher for large-fill formats. Bulk compound quoted separately from 40 kg. Development fees are credited against your first purchase order when that order meets the program minimum.

A full textured hair range, developed from scratch. The hard part wasn't performance — it was that the polymers and actives which genuinely work on textured hair are the expensive ones, and the brand needed mass-channel pricing. We built the formulas around the actives that earned their cost and engineered out the ones that didn't. A dozen SKUs, over a million units a year, still reordering.

The brand arrived with formulas they owned. We took them through transfer and then improved them — a transfer doesn't have to mean reproducing what you're handed. The harder constraint was price. The same range had to sell in the US and in export markets where the retail ceiling is considerably lower, which meant hitting a cost the US market alone would never have demanded. Seven SKUs shipping in both.

The preservation system was the whole project: achieving microbial protection without synthetic preservatives, and holding it through challenge testing. Three SKUs in continuous production.
