Who we are

CRIDA Labs is a contract manufacturer of personal care products located at 13205 Estrella Ave, Gardena, CA 90248. This policy explains what we collect through cridalabs.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

This policy covers our website only. It does not cover information we receive under a signed manufacturing agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or other contract with a client — that information is governed by those agreements.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our Build Your Line form, request our capabilities materials, or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, work email address, company name, phone number, and company website
• Details about your project: product category, formula status, benchmark products, production volumes, target costs, target retail pricing, sales channels, packaging status, and intended launch dates
• Whether you have worked with a contract manufacturer previously, and your reasons for seeking a new one
• The name and decision-making authority of your project's point of contact

Most of this is business information rather than personal information, but some of it identifies individuals, so we treat the whole submission under this policy.

Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate traffic — page views, referring sites, general geographic region, device and browser type. It does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites or over time.

What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card information through this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and assess whether your project is a fit for our programs
• To prepare quotes, timelines, and proposals
• To send you materials you requested, such as our capabilities deck
• To communicate with you about your project
• To maintain records of inquiries and quotes
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Our intake form routes inquiries internally to help us respond appropriately; a person reviews every submission.

Who we share it with

Service providers. We use third parties to run the site and our intake process, and they receive information only as needed to provide their service. These include our form and scheduling providers, our email and customer relationship tools, and Cloudflare, which hosts the website and provides analytics.

Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where relevant.

Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Business transfers. If CRIDA Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and quote records for three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. Records connected to an active or former client relationship are retained per the applicable agreement and our record-keeping obligations. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Cloudflare's own retention schedule.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the following rights:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to
• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as the CPRA defines it
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you differently, or provide a lesser experience for exercising these rights

We will verify your request by confirming details we already hold, such as the email address you submitted, and respond within the time the law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.

Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, company), commercial information (project and purchasing details), and internet activity information (aggregate site usage). We collect these from you directly and from your use of the site, for the business purposes described above.

Visitors outside the United States

Our website is operated from the United States, and any information you submit is processed here. If you are located outside the US, including in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you are submitting your information to a US-based recipient. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process inquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, where relevant, steps preliminary to entering a contract.

Children

This website is directed at businesses, not consumers, and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and note material changes on this page.
