A manufacturer built for brands that intend to scale

CRIDA Labs has been manufacturing skin, hair, body and personal care products since 2004, from a 30,000 square foot campus in Gardena, California. In over twenty years we have never had a product recall.

Our team has taken products from formulation to national retail shelves. That shapes how we work: we design cost structures that survive a channel's margin stack, we build in the documentation a retailer will ask for, and we plan around ship windows rather than discovering them late.

30,000

Sq ft, Gardena campus

Facility

30,000 square feet across two buildings in a single Gardena campus — manufacturing in one, warehousing in the other. Approximately 20 people.

Ten compounding vessels from 40 kg to 2,400 kg, one temperature-controlled with a vacuum cover. Hot fill with a cooling chamber for balms, sticks and whipped butters. Filling from 1 oz to 1 gallon, plus tubes. Capping, sealing, labeling, shrink and case taping all happen here rather than at a subcontractor. Full reverse osmosis water to 10,000 gallons a day, an analytical lab alongside production, and roughly 620 pallet positions.

The 40 kg minimum batch is the number to notice, not the 2,400 kg maximum — it means a pilot run doesn't disrupt anything, which is why our minimums start at 2,500 units instead of 25,000. We run one shift, and the equipment supports considerably more.

How we work

We quote honestly

If your target cost doesn't support your target retail price, we'll tell you as early in the process as we can — not three sample rounds in.

We hold dates

14 to 21 days production once materials land. We'd rather quote a real number than an optimistic one.

We'd rather be the right partner than every partner

The best projects we take on are the ones where both sides know what they're getting into. If your volumes, timeline or product aren't right for how we're set up, we'll tell you early and point you toward someone better suited. That's a cheaper conversation in week one than in month three.
